One of the most senior members of our team, Palitha is a highly qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Construction Claim Consultant with experience of almost 4 decades. He has gained this wealth of experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor, Contracts and Commercial Advisor, and Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager at reputed firms such as Dezire Project Consultant, Dubai, Royal Court Affairs, Sultanate of Oman, Turner International LLC and Balfour Kilpatrick Gulf LLC.

A Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Associate Member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors, (AIQS) and Fellow of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), Palitha has obtained LLM (Master of Construction Law & Arbitration) from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration from the College of Estate Management, Reading, UK, an Intermediate Qualification of LLB External Degree from the University of London, UK  and a National Certificate in Technology (Quantity Surveying) from the Technical College, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

In addition to 38 years of extensive and diversified experience in the fields of Construction Claim Consultancy, Contracts and Commercial Management, and Settlement of Disputes in Construction Contracts and Quantity Surveying, Palitha is also a seasoned lecturer who shares his invaluable knowledge with upcoming professionals of the construction industry.
