A dedicated and competent professional with a proven background in Cost controlling and Quantity Surveying, Nalin has worked in the industry for 18 years, out of which 15 were spent contributing to projects in the middle east. He currently works with us as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator while specializing in Quantity Preliminary Estimations, Detail Estimations, Preparation of BOQ and Tender Documents, Tendering, Tender Evaluation, Negotiations and Preparation of Contract Documents, Preparation of Interim Valuation and Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates.

Nalin has obtained a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading UK, and a Civil Engineering Diploma from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He is also a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Prior to Joining Servespins and becoming a key member of our team, Nalin worked at multiple renowned companies including Turner Construction International LLC, Dubai, OMNIUM International, Dubai, Al Turath Engineering Consultants, Dubai and Sierra Construction (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo.
